Single-qubit gates drop directly onto a wire. For CNOT / CZ,
drop the token to set the control qubit (dot), then click a second wire in the same column to
set the target. Two-qubit ops are shown as a dot linked to a target marker. Greyed-out gates
aren't implemented in gates.ts yet.
